ADC Tier List For LoL Patch 13.23: These Are The Best Bot Laners
3. Swain
Swain has made it back into the top 3. What can we say? This pick is simply dominant in the Bot Lane, currently boasting a win rate of 54.74%.

Build:
On Swain, you always want to go for Liandry's Anguish into Rylai's Crystal Scepter. Also, you need to take Conqueror since you want to stay in prolonged fights as long as possible.
Power Spikes:
Swain spikes really hard on 1 and 2 items, but as time goes on, he becomes weaker since Crit ADCs outscale him. However, this point usually comes around 4 items.
Counters:
Swain doesn't have any direct counters, but champions like Twitch or Vayne can outscale him. Additionally, it's not ideal to face teams with many ranged champions, such as poke supports.
Good Synergies:
Swain works well with champions that can set him up. Examples include Rakan or Thresh. Taric is the best synergy for Swain.
2. Ezreal
Ezreal has always been a fan favorite, and for good reason. In the hands of a skilled player, Ezreal can easily carry games.

Build:
On Ezreal, you always want to build Trinity Force into Manamune. As a third item, I recommend Spear of Shojin.
For runes, you should always go for Press The Attack to make the most of your strong laning phase.
Power Spikes:
Ezreal has a strong laning phase and an even stronger mid-game. However, he gets outscaled by Crit ADCs in the late game. So, try to finish the game quickly.
Counters:
Ezreal struggles against champions that can reach him despite his E ability. Vayne, Twitch, and Jhin are good examples.
Good Synergies:
Ezreal works well with poke supports like Zyra or Xerath, as they support his aggressive laning phase and synergize well with him.
1. Vayne
Vayne is still not getting nerfed. It's been how many patches in a row now? Well, yeah, she is still free elo.

Build:
For Vayne, you should always go for Statikk Shiv into Trinity Force. This two-item combo is absolutely insane on Vayne and allows her to be extremely powerful with just two items.
Power Spikes:
Vayne spikes with two items but, thanks to her Q ability, doesn't have as weak of a laning phase as she once did.
Counters:
Vayne doesn't have real counters since she's in an extremely strong state. However, champions with strong laning phases like Miss Fortune, Kog'Maw, and Draven have the best chance against her.
Good Synergies:
Vayne pairs well with enchanters who can protect her or with poke mages who can compensate for her slightly weaker laning phase.
Soraka and Maokai are two very potent supports for Vayne, as they have both offensive and defensive capabilities.
Bot Lane Tier List For LoL Patch 13.23
Now that we've covered the S-Tier champions in LoL Patch 13.23, let's take a look at where some of your other favorite champions stand. Which of these picks is your main?
Who Are Our A-Tier Bot Laners?

The A-Tier remains an excellent choice. These champions are reliable selections that can lead you to victory. They're your go-to options when the S-Tier faces a ban. For those aiming to climb the solo queue ladder, these picks are essential for this patch.
Champion | Win Rate | Pick Rate |
Seraphine | 54.94% | 0.73% |
Twitch | 52.21% | 4.47% |
Jinx | 51.48% | 14.09% |
Karthus | 53.60% | 0.25% |
Miss Fortune | 52.81% | 9.22% |
Seraphine got nerfed, but she still has a reliable laning phase and good scaling potential. Playing conservatively allows your support to help elsewhere on the map.
Both Jinx and Miss Fortune are popular and can control their lanes when played well.
Who Are Our B-Tier Bot Laners?
The B-Tier encompasses champions that are solid, but they don't quite match the prowess of the A- or S-Tier champions. They're suitable for certain matchups, but it's advisable to be well-acquainted with their mechanics before selecting them.
Champion | Win Rate | Pick Rate |
Draven | 50.21% | 5.30% |
Jhin | 52.07% | 15.38% |
Samira | 50.50% | 7.71% |
Caitlyn | 50.49% | 17.53% |
Ashe | 51.94% | 10.46% |
Jhin and Ashe are both really good at setting up your team for success, which is crucial in the carry-oriented SoloQ.
Draven just got buffed, so maybe it's time to permanently ban Draven again.
Who Are Our F-Tier Bot Laners?
We recommend staying away from these picks for this patch. Whether it's due to dismal win rates or recent nerfs, it's best to avoid these champions for optimal gameplay.
Champion | Win Rate | Pick Rate |
Zeri | 46.50% | 2.15% |
Aphelios | 47.80% | 6.10% |
Varus | 49.95% | 9.55% |
Lucian | 49.67% | 6.11% |
Corki | 44.11% | 0.04% |
Zeri remains underwhelming, as in the previous update. A rework seems imminent to bring her back into the playable zone.
Aphelios is frequently chosen in the professional circuit. However, unless you're on par with talents like Gumayusi or Ruler, it's advisable to steer clear of him. Your confidence level or ranking shouldn't be the deciding factor; he's not the optimal pick for most.
Varus still remains mediocre and is awaiting buffs. But there is a certain Tank Varus build emerging in the Top Lane. Maybe it's viable for ADC as well?
That concludes the bot lane champions for LoL Patch 13.23. Which champions, in your opinion, stand out in terms of power?
