League of Legends Patch 13.3 is fully underway, and while Aurelion Sol is the star of the show, there have also been some shake ups to the ADC tier list. Six of the most prominent engage support champions in League of Legends received massive buffs, rewarding ADCs that can contribute to laning stage all-ins.

Overheal has also received a nice buff, granting ADCs an additional option in the Precision tree. With most ADCs looking for Bloodthirster as a third item in the wake of the 13.1b changes, ADCs are tankier than ever before.

With the meta shifting once again, we will dive in to discover the most effective ADCs in League of Legends Patch 13.3.

For now, check out some of our recommendations to start your Season 13 Ranked Climb with a bang!

Bot Lane Tier List: Who to Play in LoL Patch 13.3?

4. Xayah

Xayah just narrowly missed out on S-Tier in the last patch, but there is no longer any argument against the Vastayan rebel. Rakan received nice quality of life buffs to provide a very consistent lane duo, but Xayah’s chemistry goes beyond her canon pairing. Xayah’s root through her E spell synergizes beautifully with all manner of engage supports, including the recently buffed Pyke and Nautilus.

Xayah has the option to build into either Infinity Edge or Navori Quickblades, and she still only holds a 3% ban rate in this patch. Now is the perfect time to learn the mechanics and add her into your champion pool.

3. Jhin

Jhin remains one of the best options for ADC players who love to poke their opponents out of lane. His kit is fine tuned to dominate lanes while maintaining the option to scale, and he can contribute to fights from more than a screen away with his ultimate.

Jhin’s departure from the top spot on this list comes from the reemergence of engage supports, however. Those champions won’t mind tanking some casual harass in lane, and if Jhin gets caught out, he loses extended trades due to his nonexistent attack speed.

2. Twitch

Twitch continues to be a stealthy menace in the bot lane, and while support Twitch might cause you to pull out more hairs from your head, ADC Twitch is certainly a force to be reckoned with. Lethal Tempo allows Twitch to dominate trades along with his passive, and the true damage from Kraken Slayer, Blade of the Ruined King, and his Q are too much to handle in the late game.

Twitch is the 6th most banned ADC in the current patch, but without a proper plan to deal with him, we recommend strongly considering removing the champion from play, especially at lower ranks.

1. Samira

It feels like Samira has been a permanent member of the S-Tier in recent weeks, and for good reason. Samira was already quite strong before Patch 13.1b, when Infinity Edge became a viable second item in place of The Collector.

If that wasn’t enough, Samira was indirectly buffed again, with the return of many prominent engage supports into the meta. Samira’s best duo is still with Rell, who went untouched in the last patch, but like Xayah, she is more than happy to play with any support who can catch the enemy ADC out in lane.

Samira’s 34% ban rate is out of this world, and even the worst of poke matchups are now falling victim to her wrath. Nilah and Jinx, a few of our A-Tier champions, can provide decent matchups against her, but you may be better suited simply banning her until nerfs arrive.

Bot Lane Tier List in LoL Patch 13.3: The Other Bot Lane Champions

Now that we have taken a look at the S-Tier picks in League of Legends, it's time to check out the rest. Which bot lane champions should you drop and which ones should you spam in LoL Patch 13.1B?

The A-Tier Bot Lane Picks of Patch 13.1B

All of the champions that have found their way into the A category are solid in their own right but might not be as easy to execute or as consistent as those found in S-tier. Definitely worth playing when the above champions are banned out / picked.

Kai’Sa spent some time away from the top tiers in recent patch, but she appears to have found a solid footing once again. Kraken Slayer into Quickblades gives her amazing uptime on all of her abilities, though Infinity Edge can also represent a viable option for her.

Kog’Maw struggles against the top meta champions, including Samira and Xayah, but his ability to poke down opponents with the help of Arcane Comet gives him a viable place in the meta. He has fantastic matchups against other mid-tier picks like Tristana, Miss Fortune, and Zeri, and he should remain pretty stable since he does not rely on Lethal Tempo or 2nd item crit right now.

Nilah is a melee champion disguised as a ranged champion, but she’s notable for a specific reason. She has an amazing matchup against Samira, who can barely outrange her, and can all-in the meta’s most annoying champion with an earlier level 6 timing due to her passive.

Vayne

Aphelios

Vayne has fallen all the way to F Tier after the recent patches. With ADCs becoming active earlier than ever, she has yet to find a place in the current meta. She doesn't seem to have an obvious second-item choice, and none of the marksman mythics feel particularly amazing on her. Vayne also has terrible matchups against Samira and Xayah, especially the latter given that Vayne cannot even outscale her.

Aphelios is in even worse shape as a late game champion, and it is hard to find a light at the end of the tunnel for the lunar sibling. His weapon rotation system still feels clunky in a meta that asks you to always be ready to fight, and he feels locked into Galeforce plus Infinity Edge without a reliable use for Quickblades.
