LoL Patch 13.20 Patch Notes: All Changes On The PBE Server
League of Legends Patch 13.19 just went live, so it's time for us to look ahead at what Patch 13.20 has to offer! The pro-skewed changes are finally behind us, and we are instead in for some changes to general game health. Join us while we dive into it!

What can we look out for with LoL Patch 13.20? Fans of witchcraft and mythology will definitely get something to look forward to – get ready for a new set of Coven skins!
LoL PBE Patch 13.20: Buffs and Nerfs
This is the first post-Worlds patch and intended to bring some systems back in line that have proven to be causing a lot of player frustration. K'Sante is also getting a well deserved overhaul to his functionality.
Champion Nerfs

Quinn has been a little too hard to kill for a marksman. She loses some lane survivability to make it easier to capitalize on her mistakes. For compensation, she receives more AD as the game goes on.

Champion Buffs

In a time where toxicity plagues League of Legends, everyone needs a warm hug every now and then. Milio is here to deliver.

- Now applies slow during R
- Cooldown Reduction during R: 1 second >>> 25%
- Note: This is an effective late game nerf as the cooldown refund will be 55% lower at 250 bonus resistances

- Mana Cost: 75/80/85/90/85 >>> 60/65/70/75/80
- Cooldown: 24/22/20/18/16 seconds (unchanged)
- Now reduced to 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 seconds during R
- Physical Damage: 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3% - 7/7.25/7.5/7.75/8% (based on charge time) of targets max Health >>> 20/40/60/80/100 (+ 50% AD) (+30% bonus resists) (+6/7/8/9/10% of K'Sante's max Health)
- No longer increased during R
- Damage Reduction: 25% (+1% per 100 bonus health) (+10% per 100 bonus armor) (+10% per 100 bonus magic resist) >>> 40 - 65% (based on level)
- Increased to 50 - 75% (based on level) during R
- Stun Duration: 0.3 - 0.85 seconds (based on charge time) >>> 1.25 seconds
- Now has a minimum charge time of 0.65 seconds
- Reduced to 0.5 seconds during R
- R – All Out
- Wall Damage: 150/250/350 (+20% AD) >>> 70/110/150 (+100% AP)
- Bonus Attack Damage: 5 (+32.5% bonus resists) >>> 15/30/45 (+25% bonus resists)
- Omnivamp: 10% (+0.75% per 100 bonus HP) >>> 10/15/20%
- Max Health Reduction during R: 45% >>> 35%
- Knockback Distance: 350 >>> 300

Smite Changes
It's that time of the year again! Junglers have continued to be oppressive, so Smite will have to drop some significant amounts of combat power.

- Can no longer be cast on minions and pets
- Champion Damage: 20 - 160 (based on level) >>> 40
- Jungle Pet AoE Damage: 50% >>> 100%
- No longer grants Damage Reduction against Epic Monsters
Gustwalker Hatchling
This is the blue one.
- Move Speed upon entering brush: 45% >>> 30%
- Move Speed upon killing a monster: 60% >>> 45%
Mossstomper Seedling
This is the green one.
- No longer grants Tenacity and Slow Resist
Scorchclaw Pup
You probably did not expect this, but this is the red one.

LoL PBE Patch 13.20: New Coven Skins

As always, there are several new skins announced for Patch 13.20. This time, Riot brings back one of the most popular skin lines: The Coven skins are back! You won't have to wait much longer for them – the 2023 Coven skins will release shortly after patch day on October 11!
The following skins will be released on Patch 13.20:
- Coven Akali
- Coven Elise
- Coven Nami (Legendary)
- Coven Nilah
- Coven Syndra
- Old God Mordekaiser
- Prestige Coven Akali
All normal Coven skins will have the Epic Tier rank and cost 1350 RP in the shop, while Coven Nami will be Legendary and therefore cost 1820 RP. Prestige Coven Akali will be available for 2000 Event Tokens. Spare some money and be patient, because you clearly don't want to miss out on this dark and distorted, yet incredibly beautiful skin line!
