Riot will be bringing some skins from Wild Rift over to the PC version of League of Legends. In a recent announcement, Riot revealed which skins they would port first, as well as when this could happen.

After the 2022 Star Guardian event, multiple fans were outraged over the skin for Seraphine, as well as Xayah and Rakan. These skins were Wild Rift exclusive, but it seems that Riot has listened and will give the PC players something to cheer about.

LoL PC Will Receive Wild Rift Exclusive Skins

Wild Rift exclusive skins are nothing new. There are a multitude of skins in Wild Rift that the PC players of League of Legends will never get to see. Well, it seems that this will come to an end, with some skins from Wild Rift getting their own League PC versions.

In a recent dev blog, Riot Brightmoon and Riot Meddler explained that they would be looking to port some of the more popular Wild Rift skin to their mother game League of Legends. They would start this process by porting these skins over from Wild Rift:

  • Star Guardian Seraphine
  • Star Guardian Xayah (Redeemed)
  • Star Guardian Rakan (Redeemed)

PC players have asked for Redeemed Xayah and Rakan, as well as Seraphine's Star Guardian skin, for a while, so these skins were probably chosen due to the huge outcry that came from the community when the Wild Rift exclusive skins were revealed.

Sadly, we were not able to get an exact timeline of when the Wild Rift skins would be making their way to LoL PC. Riot Meddler did explain that they are still trying to figure out the logistics of porting the skins from Wild Rift to League of Legends, but that they are working on bringing these skins to League soon.

New Splash Arts for Outdated LoL Skins

It was also revealed that some of the older skin splash arts would be replaced, either with the ones from Wild Rift, or with a new version inspired by Wild Rift splash arts in League of Legends. Honestly, some champions like Kennen are in dire need of some new splash arts.

Riot recently released a new Splash Art for Rugged Garen, so we can expect more splash art updates to hit League of Legends PC sometime soon, though this will be done one-by-one by Riot so we don't know which splash will get updated when yet.
