Ivern's Mid-Scope Update is just around the corner... or so we thought. With the changes already on the Public Beta Environment (PBE), most fans and players thought the changes would go live with the midseason update, but Riot is going to leave Ivern on the PBE for a bit longer.

The initial suggestions for the Ivern Mid-Scope have not gone over too well with the community, and now Riot is going to give him some more time and let the developers think of more ways to improve the champion, by pushing back the release of the udpate.

Ivern Mid-Scope Update Will Release Later

Ivern players were not too happy with the changes to his kit that Riot had suggested. Neeko got a whole overhaul to her abilities, while Ivern was basically nerfed... that's why the developers are going to let Ivern stew a little longer on the PBE while they figure out how to improve the champion and his gameplay.

Some of the changes were well-received like the knockup when Daisy is summoned, as well as the W on-hit damage changes, but the rest of the suggested adjustments felt more like nerfs for an already struggling champion, hence why players could do nothing but hope for some improvements than what they saw on the PBE.

LoL Patch 13.10 is going to release with a lot of item adjustments, as well as champion updates to some ADC champions, but Ivern's Mid-Scope is going to have to wait another two weeks, which in this case is a good thing, since it'll give the League of Legends dev team some more time to work out how to properly balance the jungle champion and how to improve his gameplay.
