In League of Legends there are many ways to get the opponent tilted. Either you stomp them, you can also lock in an annoying champion or... you can just spam the laugh over-and-over again. Seriously, what did Riot think when they had some of these voice actors laugh like maniacs ready to go on a kill spree? Now we're stuck with this in League of Legends.
