Riot Reveal New LoL Broken Covenant Skins: Cost, Champions, Release

Riot has just revealed their newest skin line, bringing a gothic and fantasy vibe to League of Legends. Sure, there are similar skin lines, but this one stands out with the unique and cool animations, as well as SFX and VFX that have been revealed for the new LoL Broken Covenant skins. 

Riot is going to be releasing these skins for seven champions, as well as a prestige skin. Hopefully we also get an event for these skins. But let's go over all the champions, their prices and when you'll be able to pick up the Broken Covenant skins in your LoL client.

The most important thing of all is, of course, knowing which champions will be receiving skins in this skin line, right? Well, Riot is branching out and giving all types of champions some love for these skins, adding in creature champions, human and humanoid champions into one brand-new skin line.

Riven is going to be taking the main focus in this skin line with her second legendary skin, while Miss Fortune will be receiving her second Prestige Skin as well.

Of course, I would have loved to see a Cho'Gath mythic and a Nocturne Prestige, but this is just me being salty about the lack of love Riot has been giving creature champions. Sue me. 

Will There Be A Broken Covenant LoL Client Event?

There won't be a Broken Covenant event, but Riot will be making an in-game Skin showcase, which means there will be a smaller event. You can get the prestige skin with mythic essence and there are also other loot items which you can pick up.

Release Date for Upcoming Broken Covenant Skins in LoL

If you're looking to pick these skins up, then don't worry about it, they'll be available soon. Make sure to earn some last-minute RP if you're eyeing the Riven legendary skin. The Broken Covenantn skins will be available in LoL Patch 13.5.
