LoL Mid-Patch Update: Multiple Arena Changes in Patch 13.15
LoL Patch 13.15 was just released. Riot added in multiple buffs and nerfs, not only to regular Summoner's Rift, but the new game mode Arena also saw a hug amount of champions getting buffed and nerfed. One of those champions received the nerf hammer right after his buff though.
In a mid-patch update, Riot have also made other key adjustments and even brought back a champion from the netherworld.

LoL Arena: Bard Receives Hoftix Nerfs Right After Buff
Bard was pretty awful in Arena before the buffs from LoL Patch 13.15. The changes to his kit though were maybe a little too good, which is why Riot decided to quickly step in and add in a hotfix to Bard who took over the meta within a single day.

So, what exactly did Riot do? They reverted one of the buffs to his Chimes per Meep Upgrade and also the Meep AP Ratio.
- Arena only - Chimes per Meep Upgrade: 2 ⇒ 5
- Arena only - Meep AP ratio: 0.6 ⇒ 0.3

It's important to note that these changes will only have an effect on Bard in Arena. Though, while the balance team was at it, they also quickly fixed a bug with his W, since it didn't seem to heal allies properly.
Riot Bring Back Alistar In Mid-Patch Update
Alistar had been removed from the game for a while, due to some bugs with his kit making him completely unplayable. The ultimate did not work properly, which made one of the most popular picks pretty useless in the mode, which is why Riot had to disable him until the bugs were fixed.
In the LoL Patch 13.15 Mid-Patch Update, Riot have now brought back Alistar from the dead and he will be able to terrorize players and throw them into the ring of fire once more.
- Fixed a bug where Alistar's R - Unbreakable Will did literally nothing when activated. Alistar has been re-enabled.
Viego Cameo Removed Due To In-Game Bugs
Viego also just received his legendary skin in the Soul Fighter universe. The skin looks great and received a lot of love, but his cameo in the game mode has not. The new hazard in the game was bugged from the start, causing people to lose their stacks on champions whenever they turned into Viego.
- Soul Fighter Viego’s cameo has been disabled due to a critical bug. We are currently working on a fix to get him back into the action.
For example, one player on Twitter explained that turning into Viego removed their Talon E for the rest of the game. These types of bugs are critical and can ruin the fun of the mode, hence why Riot quickly removed the Viego Cameo to work on a bug fix.
These were some of the main changes Riot have implemented, along with some Bel'Veth visual bug fixes which snuck their way into the League of Legends patch this time around.
