Fortiche and Riot Games are going to serve us some serious tears and heartbreak in Arcane Season 2, we know it, and it's even been stated by one of the voice actresses before. Recently, though, fans finally got a glimpse of some less gruesome happenings in Arcane thanks to a short teaser.

Arcane Season 2 is likely to kick off right where season 1 concluded, hopefully answering those burning questions. One odd couple was hinted at the end of season 1 – none other than Heimerdinger and Ekko. The pair met, but it was never clear if they teamed up or not. Well, the new teaser is giving us some clarity, darling.

Arcane Season 2: Heimerdinger And Ekko Dynamic Revealed

Fans of season 1 know that Ekko and Heimerdinger will work together somehow, but how this duo has been kept hush-hush. In a recent clip shared on the official Arcane social media, fans get a peek into the fabulous workings of this unexpected pair.

In the clip, we see the two trying to sneak into the Academy in Piltover, with Heimerdinger dressed as one of the Fireflights. The clip might only be 17 seconds, which lets be real is way too short, but it's filled with comedic relief and a fun dynamic that’s giving us life.

Heimerdinger, the head of the academy, sneaking into his own house? But add in the little Yordle coming up with his own code phrases on the fly with a bewildered Ekko behind him, and you've got a comedic duo with a generational gap to truly relate to.

Fans are living for this short clip, and it seems that November, when Arcane will release, can't come soon enough for the fans. An exact release date has not been revealed yet, but we know it'll be after the 2024 World Championship. Arcane Season 2 will premiere on Netflix, so keep your eyes peeled.
