Swarm is the new League of Legends mode that Riot has created. The game mode will be a part of the large summer event which is going to kick off in LoL Patch 14.14, with Riot also releasing the new champion, Aurora around that time.

If you're a fan of League, then you've either already tried Swarm on the PBE or seen videos, so when will it officially go live though? And how long can you play the new game mode?

So first things first, let's see when the mode is finally going to make it onto the live servers. While it's been fun on PBE, players want it polished and ready on live servers, right? Well, According to the official Riot Games Twitter/X account, Swarm is going to go live July 17, 2024 along with the patch.

The mode should be available later on during the day, with it going live on EUW, EUN, RU, MEA and TR at 15:00 UTC, which is 17:00 CEST. All other regions should have the game mode live by 18:00 UTC.

League of Legends Swarm: End Date

Unfortunately, Swarm is not going to be sticking around, but if it's popular enough we can definitely see it return for more events, so make sure to play it a lot and keep progressing through this rogue-like bullet hell game. So, when is it ending, though?

Swarm is going to go through until August 19, 2024. So players have roughly a month to test their skill in this unique new experience for League of Legends fans. Hopefully everyone plays this a lot so Riot knows they can continue to make fun and casual content like Swarm for future events. Arena is fun, but let's be real it's the least thing from casual.
