In the upcoming League of Legends patch 13.11, Riot is going to be buffing one specific item that many believe should get nerfs, but only in ARAM. With a bunch of new items in LoL Patch 13.10, some have to be adjusted in the upcoming patches.

Some League of Legends champions have found some new life thanks to the item changes, and well we love to see old stuff return as well, right? In LoL Patch 13.11 Statikk Shiv will get a buff, but some fans are worried for the item in ARAM.

LoL Patch 13.11: Players Want Statikk Shiv Nerfs In ARAM

Riot has been making more and more ARAM specific changes with their patches recently. Giving champions like Seraphine and Ashe -20 Ability Haste to start off the game. Now, with how strong Statikk Shiv is in the game mode, some fans also want it to receive a nerf

While Statikk Shiv feels lacklustre on Summoner's Rift right now, it's a pretty decent item in ARAM and with these upcoming buffs, some fans believe that Riot should definitely nerf it.

There are multiple items that have received nerfs in ARAM. Heartsteel, which was introduced in Season 13 is one of them, while items like Rod of Ages and Warmogs also have ARAM-specific nerfs, so it wouldn't be a problem for Riot to look into Statikk Shiv either before releasing the buffed version.

Former LCS caster, Phreak, also made some suggestions that the balance team would look into some nerfs for ARAM. So it seems like the poke from the item is something that the team is aware of and will be monitoring in ARAM to see whether they'll nerf it and if yes, how exactly they will do so.
