It might not be the end of Season 12 yet, but even between the Spring and Summer split, teams tend to make some roster changes. Especially teams that didn't make it to playoffs or that hadn't been able to meet high expectations from investors and fans.

One of those teams is none other than TSM who had a horrendous Spring Split, finishing in 9th place and for the first time in the teams history did not make it into the LCS playoffs. Everything fell apart, but now the team is looking to make some changes to the roster in hopes of earning a precious spot at the 2022 World Championship.

TSM Looking For New Support Player

According to sources from Upcomer, TSM is looking to replace their 19-year-old support player Wei "Shenyi" Zi-Jie who was the cause of many headaches for TSM fans. After just two weeks, the young player was sent down to the Academy squad. He was also suspended after locking in a champion without discussing it with his team.

Who could be replacing Shenyi in the support position though? It seems like TSM is eyeing the LLA to find a replacement for Shenyi. Choi "Mia" Sang-In seems to be the choice for a new support player. He has been a part of Estral Esports since May 2021 where the team almost managed to qualify for Worlds in 2021, as well as MSI in 2022.

Maple to Join TSM Ahead of Summer Split

Another position which needs to be filled for TSM is the mid lane. TSM and former mid laner Keaiduo have parted ways ahead of the 2022 Summer Season, which means that the team will have to find someone to replace the young mid laner. According to sources from Upcomer, the person to do just that will be none other than former PSG Talon and Flash Wolves mid laner Huang "Maple" Yi-Tang

Maple is a veteran player who has competed at multiple international events, and has shown great success in the PCS. He spent the 2022 Spring Split in the LPL with Anyone's Legend, where the team failed to make the LPL playoffs, finishing in 13th place with a negative record of 5-11.

If the rumors are true, that would make this the final TSM roster for the 2022 LCS season:

Whether this roster is strong enough to make it to the 2022 World Championship will have to be seen. Will TSM be able to beat teams like TL who don't look to be making any roster changes after finishing third in the LCS playoffs or C9 who seem to pick Jensen back up after Fudge moves back to the top lane.
