Season 14 has been fun so far, but a few champions and items have been too strong. Riot is addressing this in a micropatch hitting the live servers soon. The patch includes buffs and nerfs for different champions and adjustments of power levels for items.

Overall, Riot is pretty happy with how the patch landed. There aren't any game breaking bugs and the balance is decent overall. Most of these balance changes are caused by item changes. For example, Zed was suffering with the removal of the previous hydra. It significantly harmed his wave clear, and he is getting compensation buffs for it.

Non-Mana AP champions have been big winners. Champions like Singed, Mordekaiser and Kayle didn't want the Mana from Liandrys anyway and are very happy with the extra HP now.

Riot is still looking at champions like LeBlanc or Illaoi where simple hotfixes won't be enough.

What do you think? Do you like the new season?
