LoL Patch 14.4 - All Changes On The Live Server
LoL Patch 14.4 has gone live with multiple new changes. We are still enjoying the Heavenscale Event along with a bunch of other changes on the Rift. So let's jump into all Buffs & Nerfs.
Patch 14.4 is here and with it some more item and champion changes. After the huge meta shifts at the start of Season 14 they are now looking to broaden the champion availability again. We are also getting a lot of changes for Rek'Sai so she can fit better into the game again. Smolder is still not balanced as well!

Ahri
- Health Growth: 96 to 104
- Q AP Ratio: 45% AP to 50% AP
Jayce
- AD: 57 to 59
- Melee W Mana Restore: 10-20 to 15-25
- Melee W Damage/Tick: 35-110 to 40-115
- Melee E: Mirrors Lee Sin R knockback functionality
Kai'Sa
- R Cast Range: 1500/2250/3000 to 2000/2500/3000
Lulu
- Q Doublehit Damage: 25% to 50%
- E Damage: 80-240 to 80-260

Renekton
- Q Champ Healing: 12-36 +15% bAd to 12-44 +17% bAD

Fiora
- W Attack Speed Slow: 50% to 25%
Illaoi
- Tentacle Damage: 9-162 +115% total AD to 9-182 +100% total AD
Kalista
- Rend base damage: 20-60 +70% Total AD to 10-50 +70% Total AD
- Bugfix: Boots of Speed now properly affect dash distance
Maokai

K'Sante
K'Sante is still a staple pick in pro play due to the safe laning phase that he offers and the damage and team fight potential he has in the late game. Riot will keep changing things about him until they are happy with his solo queue and pro play numbers.

- Base mana : 290 --> 320
- Q no longer slows during ult
- W:
- damage resist scaling: 50% --> 85%
- All Out min charge time: 0.5s --> 0.75s (now same as default W)
- All Out cooldown: 18s-12s --> 24s-16s
- E:
- ground target dash speed: 1500 --> 900
- ally target dash speed: 1700 --> 1500
- All Out ground target dash speed: 1600--> 1450
Rek'Sai
- Health regen: 7.5 +0.65 --> 2.5 +0.5
- Move speed: 335 --> 340
- Passive:
- now generates x0.5 Fury from minions
- total healing from 100 Fury: tHP scaling: 2%-10% lerp --> 12%-20% lerp
- Borrowed Q:
- now grants 45% attack speed while active
- Burrowed Q:

- Unburrowed E:
- Cooldown: 26s-18s --> 18s-14s
- Tunnel recharge time: 10s-2s --> 6s-2s
- Tunnelling seems much faster now (initial delay removed, and dash speed increased? Hard to tell because the data is all shuffled now)
- R
- Damage bAD scaling: 175% --> 100%
Smolder
Smolder scales incredibly well into the late game and players have found ways to make sure he cannot get punished in the early game. As a consequence he is a bit too strong currently and Riot is adjusting the numbers.
- Q number of misses changed from 2+1 per 100 stacks to 1+1.5 per 100 stacks
- W cooldown changed from 13-11 to 14-10
- Initial W base damage changed from 70-150 to 50-170
- Initial W AD ratio reduced from 25% total AD to 25% bonus AD
- Initial W AP ratio reduced from 35% to 20%
- W explosion damage now scales with 25% bonus AD
- W explosion AP ratio increased from 65% to 80%

World Atlas:
- Charge recharge timer increased from 23 seconds to 20 (18 live)
- First charge timer reduced from 26 seconds to 20
Runic Compass:
- Charge recharge timer increased from 23 seconds to 20 (18 live)
Bounty of Worlds:
- Health: 100 --> 200
- Health regen: 50% --> 75%
- Mana regen: 50% --> 75%
Bloodsong:
- Ranged damage amp: 6% --> 5%
- Melee damage amp unchanged at 10%
Solstice Sleigh:
- Speed buff: 90 flat speed decaying over 4s --> 30% speed decaying over 3s
- Healing: 120 constant --> 7% tHP
Zaz'Zak's Realmspike:
- Damage from 50 +15% AP +3% target tHP to 20 +20% AP +4% target tHP
- Cooldown from 9s-6s lerp 1-18 to 8s / 7s / 6s @ 1 / 11 / 16
Hydra Items:
- Range indicator is now offset 100 units forward to match the hitbox
Ravenous Hydra:
- Active lifesteal effectiveness increased from 100% to 150%
Luden's Companion:
- Can now be searched for using “gun” (was already searchable with “boomstick”)
- Ability haste increased from 20 to 25
Archangel's Staff:
- Ability haste increased from 20 to 25
Malignance:
- Tooltip now notes “basic attack damage cannot trigger Hatefog”
- Ability haste increased from 20 to 25
Rapid Firecannon:
- Can now be searched for using “gun” (was already searchable with “rfc”, “rapidfire” (no space), and “canon”)
Terminus:
- Can now be searched for using “bow” and “sentinel”
- Number of stacks reduced from 5 to 3
- Resists per stack changed from 3/4/5 @ 1/11/14 to 6-8 @ 8-18
- Penetration per stack changed from 6% per stack to 10% per stack
- Dagger replaced by Recurve Bow in recipe, cost unchanged
Black Cleaver:
- Armor shred from 4% per stack (6 stacks max) to 5% per stack (5 stacks max)
- Kindlegem and Long Sword replaced by Caulfield's Warhammer and Ruby Crystal in recipe
Stridebreaker:
- Fixed a bug where the decay only lasted 2 seconds instead of 3
- Passive MS now applies even if the damage is mitigated

- Melee AS Per Stack: 9-13% to 5-16%
Red Side Camera Offset
- Increased visibility at the bottom of the screen for per-side offset camera option
Fountain
- Healing per second increased from 8.4% max HP to 10.4% (Only Summoners Rift)

Patch 14.4 is coming with the second bunch of Heavenscale Event skins, namely Porcelain is coming back for 2.0! Get the Kindred Prestige skin from the mythic store. The event chromas have had issues and will be available in patch 14.5. instead of 14.4.
