So groovy
New Ocean Song Skins | Release Date, Champions & More
Each summer, we go to the pool for a party, right? Well, what if that party had no music? Then the atmosphere would be pretty lame, right? Well, that's why Riot has finally brought forth the music-skins for the pool party universe.
In a recent Tweet, Riot revealed the new upcoming summer skins called Ocean Song and they actually look incredible. While Yasuo might be in True Damage, his older brother is making his own name known as a beach DJ... or so it seems. Let's take a closer look!
Which Champions Will Receive Ocean Song Skins?
There have been leaks for these skins and we were pretty sure that Seraphine would be getting a skin in this universe. But who joins her at the beach and making some music?
- Ocean Song Zeri
- Ocean Song Ashe
- Ocean Song Yone
- Ocean Song Nidalee
- Ocean Song Seraphine
- Ocean Song Seraphine Prestige Edition
The new prestige concept has hit the rift with Seraphine once more. What kind of haute couture look will Riot make for her as a prestige swimsuit? She is the third champion to receive a Prestige 2.0 look after Senna and Talon. Now we're still waiting on a monster Prestige 2.0 look.
Are We Getting A Pool Party/Ocean Song Event?
We probably won't be getting a Pool Party or Ocean Song Event. These are fun summer skins, much like the Bee skins Riot releases each year. Also, with the release of Bel'Veth around the same time, we will be more likely to receive a lore-based Void event than one for these skins.
How Much Will the Ocean Song Skins Cost?
These skins are going to be 1350 RP each. They're epic skins with a coll summer look, but Riot decided not to make any 1820 legendary skins. We've been fed with multiple legendary skins throughout the last few patches with Leona getting her second, Sivir her first and even Miss Fortune receiving a legendary skin during the Anima Squad event.
When Will the Ocean Song Skins Release?
The Ocean Song skins are going to be released in League of Legends Patch 12.11. As already mentioned, these skins will come simultaneously along with the newest League of Legends champion — Bel'Veth who will be released with a Battle Boss skin.
So, if you're looking for some new summer skins and don't want to pick up any of the older Pool Party looks, then make sure to check out the skin shop around June 9 or 10, 2022 for the upcoming Ocean Song skins in League of Legends.
