League of Legends is only fun when we get to play for LP and climb the LoL ranked ladder, right? Right. Who cares about normals where everyone just trolls and picks stuff like Veigar bot and Yasuo top, we are here to take this game serious.

So, with the preseason still underway, we want to know when we can finally play ranked again to boost our MMR and make it to the highest rank possible. Well, with the release of the Patch Schedule, we now know when the ranked season will start again.

LoL Ranked Season 13: Start Date

You're sick and tired of normal games and playing ARAM on the brand-new ARAM map? Well then worry-not you won't have to wait too long to be able to play some ranked games or flex queue with your friends again, because the next League of Legends season is just around the corner.

This year, Riot is spicing things up by dividing the season into two splits, which means you've got a chance to earn twice the rewards. But the question still remains, when does the new LoL Season kick off?

The first patch of 2023 is going to release on January 10, 2023 (almost wrote 2022). The new ranked season usually kicks off a day or two after the first patch. Riot just released their ranked schedule and when you can play ranked again.

EUW will be able to play around 5:00 AM GMT on January 11, 2023 and NA will be around 3:00 AM PST on January 11, 2023.

This year, to kick off the ranked season, Riot is also holding a small 2-day event which will encompass all the LoL regions. Instead of hosting the All Star event, Riot will now be holding a Kick-Off Event to get everyone hyped for the 2023 season in League of Legends.
