The LEC Finals this year take place on September 9 and 10, 2023, in Montpellier, France. So far, so good! One lucky winner now has the unique chance to win a trip including flight, transfers, hotel, and tickets for the grand finale and to share the experiences as a fan reporter! The lucky person will be accompanied by an editor from Riftfeed.
For the ultimate League of Legends fan, there's also a very special highlight: A meet & greet with LoL star and content creator Nico “Sola” Linke. Experience the brand-new, all-electric family SUV EV9 at the LEC XPO! Terms of Participation
Participation in the competition of eSports Media GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the organizer, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms of participation.
Eligible Participants
Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany who have reached the age of 18.
Prize Details
Up for grabs is a trip from September 9 to 11, 2023, for one person as a fan reporter to the LEC Finals in Montpellier in collaboration with EarlyGame and Kia. The trip includes round-trip flight tickets with Lufthansa in economy class to and from Munich, train transfers to the hotel in Montpellier and to the arena, as well as two nights at the Hôtel Best Western Plus Comédie Saint Roch (3 stars, including breakfast). Additionally, tickets for the LEC Season Finals including entry to the LEC XPO on September 9 and 10, as well as a meet and greet with Nico "Sola" Linke. Any changes to the travel itinerary (different starting/destination airport, different departure/arrival time and/or date) are excluded. The prize will only be handed over to the winner. An exchange, self-collection, or cash payout of the prize is not possible.
Participation and Draw
Participation in the competition is by submitting an LEC meme. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to report as a fan reporter for EarlyGame and accepts these terms of participation. The winner will be determined based on a random draw from all participants after the deadline. Only those participants who have correctly completed the assigned task will be included in the draw. The deadline for participation is August 27, 2023, at 23:00 CEST. The winner will be notified by email by the organizer within one week of the deadline. If the notification is undeliverable, the organizer is not obligated to make further inquiries and can determine a new winner.
Data Protection
Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal (personally identifiable) data. The participant assures that the information provided, especially first name, last name, and email address, is truthful and correct. After the competition ends, additional personal data will be requested from the winner as part of the prize notification. The collection and processing of personal data are solely for the purpose of executing the competition, e.g., for flight booking. All data is stored only for the duration of the competition and will be deleted after the event ends, unless there are legal retention requirements. In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes announcing the winner, as well as photo and video material featuring the winner on the organizer's website and social media platforms.
