Earlier this fall, Carlos “ocelote” Rodríguez, posted a video on Twitter of himself partying with some friends. In said video infamous social media personality, Andrew Tate could be seen. The aftermath of his one video was huge with him leaving G2 Esports and Riot suspending him.

It's been a few months since then and Carlos has returned with his own Discord server, but screenshots from there show that he still stands by his statements and that he won't let people "police his friendships" since he continues to support and speak highly of Tate.

Carlos Likely Won't Return to Esports Scene

On December 21, 2022 Carlos wrote a tweet stating that he won't be returning to G2 Esports and that the team is going to do great even without him at the helm. That tweet was soon followed up by a retweet where someone had taken a screenshot from Carlos' Discord server.

In the screenshot Carlos is seen praising the alleged sex trafficker and known misogynist Andrew Tate, whom he calls a friend.

I heavily support Andrew Tate and many of his beliefs. He's a good man who deserves all the good that he is experiencing. I have met many people in my life. He is withotu a doubt one of the best men I've dealt with in 32 years of life.

The user who tweeted out the initial screenshot called upon Twitter to cancel Carlos once more, to which he responded that he stands by what he has said and that he fully supports Andrew Tate, even calling him 'the f*cking man'.

After Carlos had been suspended by Riot, he was to complete sensitivity and executive training if he ever wanted to be a part of the Riot esports ecosystem again. Do these messages look like they're from someone who completed sensitivity training though? A return to LoL Esports, or even VALORANT Esports seems like a pipe dream at this point.
