Everything You Need to Know about the Steel Valkyries Event 2022

Just a day after Riot Games were done with the Star Guardian event, they are ready with yet another one, though this event will not be as big. The Steel Valkyries story takes place in another galaxy where the people are trying to rebuild their world after years of war. Because this event is smaller than the Star Guardian event, it will likely have fewer issues considering Riot's main issue with Star Guardian was its tremendous amount of participants and rewards. 

When Is the Steel Valkyries Event?

The Steel Valkyries Event has officially started, and if you go into your League of Legends Client right now, you will see it live in action. Here are the official start and end dates of the event: 

• Begin: August 25, 1:00 PM (PT)
• End: September 26, 11.59 PM (PT)

When Can I Spend My Steel Valkyries Event Tokens? 

In order not to create similar confusion which happened to the Star Guardian Event, League of Legends has also clarified how long you can spend your tokens earned throughout the event. 

You can spend your Steel Valkyries tokens until October 3, 1:00 PM (PT)

Event Game Mode: Ultimate Spellbook With a Twist

I hope you are not tired of Ultimate Spellbook game mode from the last event because Ultimate Spellbook will run until the end of Steel Valkyries 2022 at 11:59 PM (PT). 

However, there will be a big twist: Ultimate Spellbook will have a One-For-All Format! This means that there is 1% chance of everyone on your team getting the same ultimate. Within that 1% chance half the time everyone will be getting Cho'Gath's ultimate.
