LoL: Skarner VGU Is Imminent And Should Come Within Next Few Patches
Riot just released a dev vlog. While they didn't talk about Skarner, on Reddit it was mentioned that the scorpion's update should come very soon.
Riot Games just dropped their latest dev vlog on YouTube, giving us the lowdown on the season's kick-off and the leap from preseason, plus the scoop on some fresh Co-op vs AI bots.
But, they totally skipped over Skarner. So, Jeremy "Brightmoon" Lee hit up Reddit to fill us in on the buzz around our favorite scorpion. He even teased players by saying just how close the scorpion is to release.
LoL: Skarner VGU Just Around The Corner
We've been hearing "Skarner's VGU is coming soon" on repeat, but this time it sems like Riot finally means it. Slated for early 2024, it's actually happening.
Unforutnately, after the vlog dropped, many players were disappointed with the lack of information on Skarner. Some even wondered whether the Visual and Gameplay Update was pushed back once again.
But nope, Brightmoon reassured players on Reddit that Skarner's makeover is on the horizon, promising the Visual and Gameplay Update is closer than it seems.
I was worried we talk about Skarner too much, but in retrospect I was wrong. Skarner will be on PBE in a matter of weeks, not months, so hang in there.
Looks like Skarner's VGU might show up in LoL Patch 14.6 or 14.7. Fingers crossed we catch a glimpse of the new Ixtal version of Skarner soon, as the anticipation's been building for a hot minute.
