Epic is going it again. We've gotten Jinx in the battle royale, but her sister has been absent. Sure, she was part of PUBG Mobile, along with Jayce and Caitlyn, but everyone but Jinx were left out of Epic's hit game Fortnite.

That is going to change though because Vi is going to be making her way onto the island. Let's check out the details.

Vi Coming to Fortnite

According to a leaker, Vi will be coming to Fortnite. In the leak, we also see various items, like her stuffed bunny, as well as the mercury hammer. That one had us scratching our heads because Vi fights with the Atlas Gauntlets, so why is there Jayce's hammer in the leak? Does Epic not understand the material of their collab?

Okay, enough head-scratching surrounding the mercury hammer. This collab makes a lot of sense for both Epic and Riot Games since the Arcane x Fortnite event went over well with fans. So keeping the connection going through small inclusions of Arcane champions makes sense.

When Will Vi Be Added Into Fortnite?

A date for the release of Vi in Fortnite is not yet known. As mentioned, this is based merely on speculation and a leak by a well-known leaker Shiina. That's why we don't know the exact time when Vi will make her way to the island.

We do believe that Vi will be playable in Fortnite in around two or three weeks. Currently, the game went through a huge mid-patch update and a lot of new features were added and old ones were brought back, so releasing Vi right now wouldn't make too much sense. Better wait until the hype of Tilted Towers returning has died down. Then Epic will smack everyone in the face with Vi's gauntlets.

What are your opinions on these collaborations between Riot Games and other game developers? It's a fun and interesting concept to see League of Legends exclusive characters outside of Summoner's Rift, but also a bit jarring at times.
