LoL Patch 14.9: Riot Release Multiple Mid-Patch Arena Adjustments
LoL Patch 14.9 re-introduced Arena. With this run of Arena, Riot made a lot of changes to the game mode and are now still working on perfectly balancing it.
LoL Patch 14.9 was released recently, and the patch included the return of Arena, one of the most popular League of Legends game modes. This time around, the mode will be in the client for an entire ranked split. This is the final test before Riot decides whether to make it permanent or not.
Now that Arena is live, and a much wider audience is playing the game mode, Riot is making some balance adjustments mid-patch to make sure that some champions and items, as well as augments, aren't either too OP or too weak.
LoL Patch 14.9: Mid-Patch Changes
Galio and Trundle are getting some adjustments according to the mid-patch patch notes by Riot. Along with these chamions, the devs are also adjusting the augments Spell Wake and Magic Missile. The Detonation Orb and Guardian Orb items are also getting adjusted.

Spell Wake

These are all the adjustments Riot has planned for Arena. There are probably going to be a lot of changes in LoL Patch 14.10, but for now these are the only mid-patch changes to keep the meta interesting and unique. Will tanks continue to dominate lower elos?
