King Viego: Everything You Need to Know About Ages of Runeterra Skins
King Viego has been revealed and we're excited for this skin to finally hit the rift. It hasn't even been live on the PBE server for a solid 24 hours, but this skin has already broken the internet. Okay, it's not that huge, but this is a skin looks incredible and we're here for the canon lore.
On September 6, 2022 Riot will be releasing their first ever canon novel and in celebration they've released this skin. If you're a fan of LoL lore and anything that had to do with the Ruination event from 2021, then this is the book to get and well.. let's be real the skin is also pretty nice to own if you're a Viego main.
Ages of Runeterra: Which Champions Will Receive Skins?
One champion will be receiving a skin in this skin line, for now. We doubt that the number of skins in this unique new skin line will stay at one and more skins will come in the future. Similarly to how Riot released Sea Dog Yasuo and Gangplank the Betrayer months after the initial release of Ruined King: A League of Legends Story.

The first skin in this skin line is going to go to Viego, who as you can tell is the king. But, if you've followed any League of Legends lore throughout the last year-and-a-half, then you would have known this already.
Which Champions Could Get Ages of Runeterra Skins?
With the release of the Ruination book a lot more champions will be talked about and exposed, so we do think that more characters from the novel will be getting skins in the Ages of Runeterra skin line.

- Isolde
Maybe we're even going to receive Isolde as a champion in the future... or Riot will release Isolde as an exclusive in Legedns of Runeterra, just like they did with Norra, a champion everyone thought would come to LoL last year but was then revealed to be Vex.
How Much Will the King Viego Skin Cost?
The King Viego skin will likely be an epic skin, which means you can purchase it for 1350 RP. It is important to keep in mind that RP prices have been heightened midway through August, which means the skin is going to be more expensive than beforehand.
King Viego Skin Release Date
The first Ages of Runeterra skin is going to hit the rift in LoL Patch 12.17 along with the Zenith Games skins that Riot has also revealed on PBE already. So, if you're looking for an epic canon lore skin, then this is the one you should pick up because it actually looks incredible.
