Of course, they've already revealed that the start times of the LCS have been pushed back, but there is some more news regarding the LCS 2023 season and the Spring and Summer Split this year.
LCS Start and End Date For Spring Split 2023
The LCS will have a huge kickoff weekend thanks to it's main partner Mastercard, with fans in attendance getting goodie bags, as well special "Riot Meals" at the arena. This will take place on opening day, which wil be January 26, 2023.
The finals have also already been announced with the LCS Finals Weekend taking place on April 8 and 9, 2023. The event venue? All the way on the East Coast in Raleigh, North Carolina. If you're from the area, then you should also know that ticket sales for the event will start on January 26, 2023 with a special Mastercard presale, which allows Matercard holders a 24-hour ticket pre-sale.

LCS Championship Event Revealed For This Summer
The event for the LCS Championship has also already been released by Riot Games. The Summer finals will be heading north to Newark, New Jersey and the event is being held in the Prudential Center. This was originally planned for 2021, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic the event had to be pushed back to 2023.
Now, fans in the New York area will be able to attend the biggest LCS event of the year this summer, with the LCS Championship will be taking place on August 19 and 20, 2023.
New Ticket Options For LCS Fans Available
Riot have also announced more information on ticketing for the regular season. Fans will be able to purchase season tickets if they wish, meaning they'll have their spot reserved at every single match day, though in-case of more COVID-19 outbreaks, Riot will follow municipal restrictions.
Matches will start at 2pm PT, after a 30-minute pre-show as well. With the game times pushed back we do think that there is a chance for more viewers and fans in the stadium to watch the LCS.
