The 2022 LCK regular season split has come to an end and T1 have done the impossible. The perfect split. The big 18-0 has finally taken place, something SKT T1 had not even managed to do during the height of their dynasty.

Two players in the middle of the success have been none other than the bot lane of T1Keria and Gumayusi. What have they done, and how did they manage such a successful Spring Split in the LCK?

T1 Bot Lane Break Most Kills and Assists Record

The previous record for most kills was held by none other than Gen.G’s bot laner Park “Ruler” Jae-Hyuk who managed to score a total of 209 kills in the 2020 LCK Summer Split. That was broken though this year by T1’s rising ADC Star Lee “Gumayusi” Min-Hyeong.

Gumayusi accumulated a whopping 219 kills throughout the 2022 LCK Spring Split, jumping a total ten ahead of the previous record owner. Ruler is really going to have to step up in the 2022 LCK Summer Split if he wants to regain the kill crown in the LCK.

Keria, who is probably the best support in the world right now and one of the best overall League of Legends players, finished the split with an impressive 462 assists.

Keria for LCK MVP 2022

As mentioned, Keria raked in over 460 assists throughout the Spring Split and has become one of the best players in the world. His roaming and play making is unrivalled, not only in the LCK, but throughout all the leagues.

Never before has a support player received the MVP award in the LCK, but it’s about time that changes, because Keria was the player who managed to catapult T1 to their 18-0 record. His shot calling and ability to make plays happen are an important part of T1.

Looking at all of T1 and their POG ratings, it’s easy to see that the whole team is a threat, but Keria did stand out thanks to his game sense and ability to make plays happen out of nothing, even when T1 was behind.

T1 POGs Ranking in 2022 LCK Spring Split

  • Faker - 900 Points
  • Keria - 800 Points
  • Gumayusi - 700 Points
  • Oner - 600 Points
  • Zeus - 600 Points

Compare this to the POG ranking, and we see that DAMWON KIA's jungler Canyon single-handedly carried DWG KIA on his back with a solid 1600 points – 600 more than the second place Chovy who finished the split with 1000 points.

T1 broke records this split, going 18-0 and their bot lane also broke multiple records as well. Can we expect the same type of dominance out of them during the 2022 LCK playoffs and the 2022 LCK Summer Split?
