Time to say goodbye to MF Support?
Major Changes for Miss Fortune Coming to PBE
Are you also tired of Miss Fortune’s current playstyle with just spamming her E? Then you might soon be able to count yourself “fortunate” as RIot will be trying out new changes for the champion next week in PBE, hoping to reduce her E-spam.
The most common way to play Miss Fortune right now is maxing and spamming her E and having Arcane Comet as the primary rune. Unfortunately, this recent playstyle isn’t only annoying for the people playing against her, with her massive poke damage and slows. Also, many Miss Fortune mains have expressed unhappiness with her recent playstyle, saying it is the most boring way to play the champion.
The Worst Laughs In League of Legends
Luckily for them, however, Riot announced on August 28 that significant changes are coming for MF next week in PBE. The main goal of the change is to “make Q max and crit a bit less unfortunate”. So, without further ado, let’s look at the what we can expect:
Double Up (Q)
- Physical Damage: 20/40/60/80/100 (100% AD)(+35% AP) >>> 20/45/70/90/120 (+100% AD) (+45% AP)
- Cast Time: 0.25 Seconds >>> Match Basic Attack Time.
Strut (W)
- Mana Cost: 45 mana >>> 35 mana
- Attack Speed: 40/55/70/85/100% >>> 50/65/80/95/110%
Make it Rain (E)
- Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 >>> 18/17/16/15/14
- Full Damage (8-tick): 80/115/150/185/220 (+80% AP) >>> 70/100/130/160/190 (+ 100% AP)
- Slow: 40/45/50/50/60% >>> 50% (+4% per 100 AP)
Bullet Time (R)
- Bonus Critical Chance Damage: 20% of each wave's damage >>> 30%
The Most Loved Champions in League of Legends
Before we get too excited or sad, if you like the current playstyle, these changes are currently not confirmed to be implemented into the game and will, for now, only be tested out in PBE. However, if it works out in PBE, we can expect the changes to also happen in the main game at a later point in time.
