League of Legends Patch 12.03 is just around the corner and will be going live quite soon. But before the madness unfolds on Summoner’s Rift, let’s check out all the changes that will be coming out in the new patch.

All of your fighters in the top lane, beware, your whole playstyle might change with this patch. As though a change to teleport wasn’t bad enough to kick off 2022, the whole fighter category will also be reworked. What are top laners to do?

Which Champions Are Receiving Buffs in LoL Patch 12.03?

Two champions will be receiving buffs in LoL Patch 12.03. Lillia has been struggling in the jungle and the top lane and is in dire need of some love, while Quinn is also on the receiving end of a buff in the upcoming patch.

  • Lillia - R sleep duration increased from 1.5/2/2.5s to 2/2.25/2.5s
  • Quinn - W Attack speed increased from 20/30/40/50/60% to 28/36/44/52/60% and R Damage increased from 40% AD to 70% AD
  • Brand - Passive mana refund occurs when the opponent is killed by a spell and R prioritizes nearby targets over Brand

Which Champions Are Receiving Nerfs in LoL Patch 12.03?

A total of nine champions are on the receiving end of some nerfs in the upcoming League of Legends patch. Senna has been a menace in the bot lane and Janna a bit too strong with Glacial since her mini rework.

These are all champions getting nerfed in LoL Patch 12.03

  • Senna:
    •  Passive Minion soul droprate lowered from 10% to 2.7777%
    • Q Slow lowered from 20% to 10%, Slow AP increased from 0.06% to 0.08% and Slow AD increased from 0.1% to 0.12%
  • Glacial on Janna - Big fixed interaction
  • Zeri - R no longer gains stacks from Hurricane
  • Caitlyn - AD growth lowered from 3.8 to 3.4 and Q secondary damage lowered from 60% to 50%
  • Amumu - Armor per level lowered from 3.5 to 3 and E Max damage reduction is now 50% of damage instance
  • Corki - First Package Spawn Time changed to 10 minute and Package respawn time increased to 5 minutes
  • Akshan - Passive single shot movespeed lowered from 35-75 to 20-75 and 3 stack damage lowered from 20-175 to 10-165
  • Twisted Fate - Q Damage lowered from [60/105/150/195/240 (+65% AP)] to [60/100/140/180/220 (+75% AP)] and E Attack speed lowered from 20/25/30/35/40%o 10/17.5/25/32.5/40%
  • LeBlanc - W Damage lowered from 75/115/155/195/235 to 75/110/145/180/215

Hopefully with some nerfs we won’t have to witness any more Corki games in pro. That pick is awful and boring to watch. Zeri is also no surprise on this nerf list either having come in quite hot during her release.
