With almost 9 years of pro play action under his belt, you would think that Faker will be at the top of our list for this countdown, right? Well, then you thought wrong. Even during his most dominant phase of play, Faker has only managed a single pentakill. So, who are the great ones who have managed this feat more often than the GOAT?

We're going to check out which players have earned the most pentakills throughout their careers. Some players are still active, so their numbers could rise. Of course, we're not talking about solo queue pentakills either, guys. So, who do you think is the top of the list?

5. Na "Pilot" Woo-Hyung - 7 Pentakills

You're probably asking yourself... Pilot, who? He is a former League of Legends pro who retired from pro play in 2021. He's most well known for his time on Jin Air Green Wings where he played for almost two years.

He spent much of his career bouncing between teams, playing on MVP and Royal Youth between 2018 and 2020 before finally retiring by the end of 2021. But with 7 pentakills he left his legacy behind.

4. Jesper "Zven" Svenningsen - 7 Pentakills

Zven is a household name for anyone who enjoys the LEC and the LCS. He made his name on G2 where he spent a year and a half. The team had pretty good results and along with his support, Mithy, he made his way to the LCS in 2017 when he joined TSM.

With 7 pentakill he is tied along with Pilot, with only a few players having managed this feat as well. Zven now plays on the Cloud9 academy roster, but was active on the main roster until the start of the 2022 Spring Split.

3. Martin "Rekkles" Larsson - 9 Pentakills

Rekkles is another name that you've heard before. He has made it to the League of Legends World Championship finals back in 2018, had multiple appearances in the tournament and has even won the LEC. This man is a true winner with multiple number one finishes, but he'll have to work a little harder for the number one pentakill slot.

At the beginning of the 2022 season, Rekkles found a new home in the LFL with Karmine Corp. The team has been doing well and his inclusion in the league has created much hype surrounding regional leagues within Europe.2.

2. Yiliang "Doublelift" Peng - 9 Pentakills

Doublelift is tied with Rekkles for second spot in our pentakill countdown. The former LCS super star has managed this feat nine times. He's won the LCS multiple times, though on the international stage he's suffered at the hands of the LCK, LPL and LEC.

Doublelift has since retired from pro play and is now a full-time streamer. He's also started his own podcast in which he interviews former players, shoutcasrers and others with insider knowledge on the game.

1. Nguyễn "Celebrity" Phước Long Hiệp - 11 Pentakills

You've probably heard of all other players on our list beforehand, right? Even Pilot is someone whom you might have come across if you were ever a fan of the LCK, but Celebrity is a complete dark horse for anyone who doesn't follow the VCS.

Celebrity has been playing professionally since 2014 — making his VCS debut in 2018 — but he has never managed to make it very far on the international stage. In 2019, he did make it to Worlds, only to falter in the play-ins. Since then, we haven't seen much of th VCS in international play.

With 11 pentakills he is the player with the most of any professional player though. He manged to beat out Uzi, Faker, PraY and even Deft who all have fewer pentakills. One thing we can say, though, is if you're wanting to go pro and to have a chance at getting a pentakill, it seems like you'll have to play as an ADC.
