It's safe to say that the thirteenth season of League of Legends has brought numerous changes, some for the better and some for the worse. One of these changes is the introduction of splits in Ranked mode, applicable to both flex queue and solo/duo queue.

This Ranked season is divided into two Splits, providing more incentives to keep playing, as the rewards will be doubled compared to previous seasons. But when do these Splits start and end? We have the information right here for you!

LoL Season 13: Split Start and End Dates

League of Legends is played worldwide, so Riot Games has specified the end time of Split 1 based on the time zone of each server region. Regardless of your location, the split will conclude between July 19 and July 21, 2023, at 12:00 PM local time.

Let's take a look at the overview for all server regions to see how much time you have left to climb the ranks:

Ranked queues are scheduled to be temporarily disabled on July 17, 2023, at 11:59 pm local time, as announced by Riot. Following this, players who have successfully obtained the victorious skin and chromas will receive their rewards. It's important to note that achieving a Gold rank is not a requirement for earning the skin this time.

On July 18, 2023, around 3:00 am local time, ranked queues will be reactivated. However, participating in ranked matches will be pointless as your performance will no longer contribute to your rank. This is due to the current season ending and the second split not commencing yet.

After the end of Split 1 between July 19 and July 21, 2023, depending on your region, all your achievements in LoL Ranked will count towards Season 13 Split 2.

Now you know when to expect the Ranked mode reset! Let's just hope that the second Split of the 2023 season will be more successful than the first one. There is always room to improve, am I right?
