LoL Patch 12.12 is a long one. Three weeks of the same patch and then finally we will receive brand new Star Guardian skins, a Master Yi mid-scope update, as well as a bunch more changes. The upcoming Sivir mid-scope update should go live in LoL Patch 12.13

Let's check out all the buffs and nerfs that Riot will implement in League of Legends Patch 12.13. First, we will get a b-patch 12.12b though, so check out those changes ahead of time! 

 

Which Champions Are Getting Buffed in Patch 12.13? 

The buff list for League of Legends Patch 12.13 is pretty long. While Patch 12.12b only has four champions to be buffed, most will receive their love from Riot once Patch 12.13 drops. Let's check out every champion receiving buffs this upcomimg patch.

Master Yi is getting some pretty hefty changes this patch, but for every Master Yi main out there, these changes are incredible and what he needed. Hopefully we won't have the same situation as last time when Riot tried to change something on the low elo jungler, eh? 

Vex is also receiving a buff, since burst mages have been feeling rather weak since the durability update. But many are wondering why the Yordle is getting a buff, while other mages like Syndra have been suffering for a while as well?

Which Champions Are Getting Adjusted in Patch 12.13?

Gwen is going to be getting a small mini-rework in League of Legends Patch 12.13. Each and every one of her abilities is being changed, in the form of a mini rework to try and give her a different playstyle. Hopefully, this will bring her out of the dumps in solo queue win rates, eh?

These are some pretty big Sivir changes, eh? She is going to have a more reliable Q and her ultimate is going to make her stand out, rather than her acting as a supportive ADC. Who else is excited to test out Sivir in the next LoL patch? 

 

Which Champions Are Getting Nerfed in Patch 12.13?

This is a much shorter list than the previous ones, with only two champions. Most champions are getting nerfed already in the b-patch, with extreme outliers like Tahm Kench and Seraphine being active in the current meta. Therefore, Riot is nerfing those quickly and leaving the rest behind for Patch 12.13 to clean up the rest.

Corki is one of the best late game champions in the game and with the durability update making games go a tad bit longer, Corki has been thriving. Therefore, Riot has felt the need to nerf the Yordle and as a Corki-anti I am pleased with this. There is no need to see this pick in pro play. Ever. 

Which Items Are Being Changes in LoL Patch 12.13? 

Lethality champions have been suffering ever since Riot implemented the durability update in LoL Patch 12.10. Qiyana has become one of the worst champions, alongside other lethality abusers, which is why lethality mythics are going to be receiving a buff in the upcoming patch. 

On the other hand, Divine Sunderer, which is one of the best items in the game, will be adjusted. Last year, the item was already updated due to Ezreal players abusing this item on the champion. Will something similar happen this tiem around as well?
