Upcoming Champions Leaked Ahead of LoL Season 13 Stream
On January 10, 2023 Riot will be revealing their big plans for LoL Season 13. These plans should include new champions, champion reworks, as well as some news on the esports scene for the year.
One leaker has revealed some interesting information beforehand though and what can await us in the LoL Season 13 livestream. Please be aware that this article will be filled with spoilers, so read at your own discretion.
New LoL Season 13 Champion Concepts Leaked
Leaker, ChowZ, revealed some interesting information regarding the next four champion releases. Of course, we're going to get confirmation on January 10, 2023 when Riot hosts their LoL Season 13 livestream, but let's check out what we found out about the next few champions in League of Legends.
Regions of Four New Champs Revealed
As we already know, the next champion is going to be from Ixtal, as stated by Reav3 in the August 2022 Champion roadmap, so this one wasn't a big surprise.
We will also be getting a champion from Shurima, who will likely be the new Darkin champion Riot is working on. Again, not that much of a surprise, but still exciting to know and have the news confirmed.
We will also be getting a champion from Noxus, as well as Ionia in 2023 according to the leaks. These are the two new ones and fans are already speculating who they could be and how these champions will fit into the lore.
Teaser Art Hints Leaked
It was also leaked that the upcoming Ixtal champion will once again be teased with a cute image and something to do with fire, similar to the image we've already seen before.
The Darkin is going to be a full-monster champion and their teaser image will involve eyes... this is similar to the dagger image we've seen before which had a big eye as well.
Finally, for the Noxus champion, it was leaked that a black castle will represent this champion which has many thinking that they will either be a part of the Black Rose, or a higher up in the Noxian hierarchy, maybe someone like the Guile.
The Ionian champion will be teased with a 'tall house' of some sort, which is the most mysterious of all the teasers thus far.
